摘要
培养选拔党外干部,是党的干部工作的重要组成部分,是巩固和发展爱国统一战线的基础性工作。认真思考如何加强党外干部的培养选拔工作,应从提高认识,从完善政策、健全制度入手,形成有效的运行机制,使党外干部的培养选拔工作走上经常化、制度化、规范化轨道。
Training and selecting the non-Party cadres, an important component of Party＇s cadre work, is the basic work to consolidate and develop the patriotic united front.
