摘要
实施学分制是高校教育体制的一场深刻革命,它必然带来教学形式、教学内容和教育管理体制的巨大变化。学分制既对高校的大学生就业指导工作带来积极影响,又对其发展产生不利影响。本文从学分制与大学生就业的关系,就如何加强大学生就业工作提出了相应的对策。
Adoption of credit system is a big revolution for higher education system. It will surely bring about great changes to educational forms, educational content and educational management system. The credit system has positive impact on employment direction as well as negative one. Based on the relationship between credit system and college students＇ employment, this paper puts forward some relevant strategies for strengthening the employment direction for college students.
