在静态的客户金字塔模型的基础上,应用马尔科夫链的基本原理,建立了动态的客户金字塔模型,包括等级分布的基本方程、客户平均转移周期方程和客户分布预测方程。通过真实的企业销售数据,说明了模型的意义和用法,并验证了该模型的正确性。
Markov chains principle is employed to set up a dynamic customer pyramid model based on static customer pyramid models. The dynamic model is composed of a group of equations such as basic equations of customer distrbutions,averge cycle equations of customer transfer, and forecasting equaions of customer distributions. The model is demonstrated using sales data from a company.
