摘要
热风炉高风温是一项综合技术。对于提高热风炉风温,着重叙述了采用低热值煤气获得高理论燃烧温度的措施和高效陶瓷燃烧器的发展及应用现状,并且介绍了增加热风炉的加热面积、余热回收、耐火材料及冷风烟气均配等方面的技术,从多方面多角度和节能的观点出发,选择风温的最佳值,进行系统全面的工作,提出了进一步优化高风温技术的努力方向。
Hot-blast stove's high-temperature is a compositive technology. In order to increase the hot-blast stove's temperature, this article emphatically states the way of obtaining high theoretical combustion temperature by using low heat value gas and the development and application of high performance ceramic burner, and introduces the adoption of a series of high-temperature technologies, such as the increase hot-blast stove' s heating area, the waste heat recovery, refractory material and cold blast even distribution technique. Considering of the various multiple perspectives and the energy conservation, the optimized hot blast temperature is chosen, and the work is carded out systematically and comprehensively, provides a clear direction of the further optimizing of the hot temperature technology.
