摘要
对一种用于预混燃烧的空气引射燃气型混合器的流动特性进行研究,通过分析混合器基本公式来确定在满足一定混合器背压条件下选配风机所需的最小压力及其影响因素。利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件进行数值计算,得到混合器内部流场的压力分布及速度分布,同时得到了混合器中心轴线上压力及速度的变化曲线以及混合器出口处燃气的摩尔浓度分布。提出了混合器出口背压与所需风机的最小压头之间的关系式可以用于预混燃烧器风机的选取;另外,利用数值计算的手段对混合器流动特性进行研究,这对预混燃烧混合器的设计有着重要的参考借鉴意义。
The mixed gas-air flow characteristics of gas-air mixer which is used in premixed combustion were studied in this paper. The mixer basic law to determine the minimum required pressure when select a fan was established and the influence factors were analyzed. With the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the mixtures flow pressure and velocity distribution were obtained, the pressure and velocity curve in the central axis of mixer, and the gas molar concentration distribution at the output of mixer can be obtained. The relation between mixer back pressure and minimum fan pressure was developed, which could used to select the fan when design a premixed burner. The use of CFD to study the flow characteristic of the mixer can give a significant reference when design a premixed burner.
