水泥用量及水灰比对路用水泥混凝土塑性收缩的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用ASTM标准推荐的平板法,结合图像分析技术,定量测试了路用混凝土的水分蒸发速度、最大裂缝宽度、总开裂面积等早期塑性收缩指标。通过固定水泥用量、固定W/C条件下的2种试验方案研究了W/C和水泥用量对路用混凝土塑性收缩的影响;结果显示:水灰比以及水泥用量显著控制着混凝土塑性收缩的参数;裂缝最大宽度、总长度、裂缝总开裂面积随水灰比的增大而减小,而随水泥用量的增大而增大;路用水泥混凝土塑性收缩裂缝发生的早期水分蒸发速度为0.3~0.6kg/(m^2·h)。 Using the slab method recommended by ASTM and the image analysis technology, the rate of water evaporation, total crack length and crack area are measured in this paper. Effects of the cement content and W/C on plastic shrinkage were studied by respectively fixing the quality of cement and W/C. Results showed that the parameters of plastic shrinkage are evidently affected by W/C and cement content. The max crack width, total crack length and total crack area are reduced with the increase of W/C, hut they are increased with the increase of cement content. Plastic shrinkage crack will occur when the rate of water evaporation is between 0.3-0.6 kg.·m^-2· h^-1.
