摘要
比较了0,150,300,450和600mg/L等5个钾水平下成熟西瓜果实中番茄红素含量的差异。研究结果表明,随着施钾水平的提高,番茄红素的含量线性上升,它们分别为2.94,3.65,4.19,4.62和5.31mg/100g,且R2=0.9935。
The lycopene content in mature watermelon of five potassium levels were compared: 0, 150, 300, 450 and 600mg·L^-1. The results showed that the lycopene content is increased linearly with the increase of potassium levels in the nutrient solution. The lycopene content was 2.94, 3.65, 4.19, 4.62 and 5.31 in the solution containing 0, 150, 300, 450, and 600 mg·(100 g)^-1, respectively , and R2 is 0.993 5.
