This article presents the measure to enhance the handling efficiency on ramped terminals located in the middle - upper Yangtze River in two sides of the type of terminal and handling process at front terminal, and calculates the terminal capacities of＂ in - and - outputs based on the processes .stated in the article in order to provide a reference to con- tainer terminals on middle - upper Yangtze River when they are re - constructed or constructed.
