摘要 我国的层状硅酸盐含量丰富,据探明我国仅膨润土含量就达23亿吨,分布在十几个省份的400多个矿点。现年开采量仅为200wt左右。但由于我国工艺技术水平不高、专用设备不配套、产品质量不稳定等原因导致我国的膨润土开发程度低、利用效率低等问题。在国际市场上呈现一种"低出高进"的局面。我国出口的钙基膨润土价格为200~300元/t,而进口的有机膨润土价格为1500元/t。因此对我国所有的膨润土进行深度开发是摆简单在众多科研工作者面前的问题。近年来,我国对层状硅酸盐的开发取得了长足的进步。我国科研工作者对其的开发主要集中在有机插层、无机插层和聚合物插层三类,在这里对这三种插层、柱撑反应进行一定的分析与研究。 China's silicate layered was rich, it was proved in China only on the content of bentonite was 23 million tons, more than 400 mine points in more than a dozen province. But the production was only about 200 wt. However, due to China's simple technology level, and no special equipment supported, product quality and other factors lead to instability low level of development of bentonite in our country's, and low efficiency. In the international market showed a low imports and high export. China's exports of Ca-bentonite price of 200-300 yuan/t, while the import price of organic bentonite 1500 yuan/t. Therefore all of our in-depth development of bentonite was placed in front of numerous scientific research workers. In recent years, China's development of the layered silicate had made considerable progress. China's scientific researchers focused on the development of organic intercalatibn, inorganic intercalation and three types of polymer intercalation, where the three intercalations pillared response to a certain degree of analysis and research.
