金龙胆草化学成分的研究进展

Advances in the Study of Chemical Constituents of Conyza Blinii

金龙胆草为菊科白酒草属植物苦蒿(Conyza blinii Levl)的干燥地上部分,有性寒、味极苦,有清热、消炎、解毒祛淤消肿等功效,对祛痰、止咳、平喘、急慢性支气管炎、咽喉炎、支气管肺炎等有显著疗效。主要含生物皂甙、酚性物质、酸性物质和微量挥发油等化学成分,文章对金龙胆草的化学成分进行分类综述,为金龙胆草的化学和药学研究与产品开发提供了参考。

Conyza blinii Levl （Compositae）,commonlycalledJinLongDanCao, wasdistributedinsouthwestdistricts of China. Its aerial parts were used in folk medicine for the treatment of chronic bronchitis, gastroenteritis and other inflammatory diseases. Up to now, the compounds isolated from the plants including Saponins, flavonoids, terpenoid, volatile oil and so on. Moreover, studies on the saponins of Conyza plants had not been observed until now. Therefore, a detailed phytochemical investigation and extensive bioassays on Conyza blinii were conducted.
