摘要 研究了多壁碳纳米管修饰石墨电极(MWNT/CE)的方法,并比较了不同修饰方法(嵌入法和涂层法)的修饰效果和修饰电极的稳定性。利用该修饰电极对马来酸噻吗洛尔(MLT)的电催化作用,建立了一种新的电化学定量分析MLT的方法。在0.2mol/LKNO3+0.1mol/LCH3COOH-CH3COONa(pH=4.82)体系中,MLT的浓度在2.3×10-5mol/L~5.8×10-4mol/L范围内时,氧化峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9996,检测限达5.6×10-6mol/L。该修饰电极用于含MLT药物样品的分析,八次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%,样品回收率为95.1%~101.8%,结果令人满意。 The methods of made multi -walls carbon nanotubes (MWNT) to modified the graphite electrode was discussed, and compared with the modified effects of the inserted method and the coating method and the stability of the modified electrode. Using the modified electrode has good electricity catalytic effect on the timolol maleate, a new electrochemistry quantitative analysis method was set up. In the system of 1mol/L KNO^3+0. 1mol/L CH3COOH-CHaCOONa (pH= 4.82), the oxidation peak currents were in linear relationship with timolol maleate, concentration in the ranges of 2.31 × 10^-5mol/L- 5.78×10^-4mol/L and the linear correlation coefficient was CR= 0.9996, the detection limit was 5.78×10^-6mol/L. This modified electrode can be used for quantitative determination of the timolol maleate in real samples, relative standard deviation (RSD) of eight times was not more than 1.2 % and the recovery rate was 95.1%-101.8 %, and the result was satisfying.
