我国高校高水平运动队存在的问题和改革方向

The Problems and Solutions of Chinese High Level Sports Team in College

本文用文献资料和问卷调查法搜集了68所高校高水平运动队的有关情况,发现招生渠道是影响运动员学习成绩的重要因素;运动员入学的动机是影响训练积极性的内在因素;运动员参加比赛的场次是影响运动成绩的关键因素;运动经费是长期影响整个训练的根本因素。本文针对以上四方面问题提出了自己的对策和建议。

With the data of high level sports teams from 68 universities, this paper finds out the way of student recruitment influences athletes＇ academic achievement most; athletes＇ motivation for physical training is the inner factor that influences their training enthusiasm; the schedule of competition is the key factor that influences sports achievements and sports funds is the fundamental factor that influences the whole sports training. This paper also provides suggestions and advices for these problems listed above.
