退耕还林中延安市农业产业结构调整的效益评价

Evaluation on Effects of Agricultural Structure Adjustment in the Process of Grain for Green Project in Yan'an City

退耕还林工程实施以来,根据农村土地利用结构的变化特点,延安市适时调整了农业产业结构。结合退耕还林以来延安市农业发展情况,采用定量和定性分析的方法对延安市土地利用结构,产业发展的空间效益,产业结构调整的经济效益、生态效益进行了评价。结果表明,延安市农业产业结构的调整促进了农村经济的发展和生态环境建设。延安市农业结构调整必须根据生态建设要求和市场需求,发挥区域的农业资源条件优势,稳步推进农业发展。

Agricultural structure of Yan＇an City has been regulated since the Grain for Green project was implemented according to the changes of rural landuse structure. This paper adopts qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate landuse structure and the effects of agricultural structure adjustment in combination with agricultural development after the implementation of the project in the city. Evaluation results show that agricultural structure adjustment has promoted the rural economic development and ecological environment construction of the city. Lastly, some suggestions are given on agricultural structure adjustment targeted at the requirements of ecological environment construction and market of the city to promote agricultural development stably with regional agricultural resource advantages.
