Application of GJTH High-Radiative Ceramic Coating in Industrial Furnace

摘要 本文阐述了GJT-高辐射陶瓷涂料的特点及在工业加热炉上的应用效果。实践证明,这种涂料具有高辐射率、高粘接强度,抗热震性能良好,并具有节能,提高温度均匀性,延长设备使用寿命等多种功能,是一种高效节能新材料。 in this paper,Characteristic and application of GJT high-radiative ceramic coating in industrial furnace were described.The material had high radiation efficiency high bond strength and resistance to thermal shock,it could also reduce energy consumption,increase service life and improve temperature uniformity,it was a mew material with high performance of saving energy.
