摘要
提出了铋-4-(2-噻唑偶氮)-间苯二酚(TAR)络合物吸附波。试验发现,碱性条件下,络合物在单扫描示波极谱上有一个灵敏的铋还原波,峰电位-0.60V(vs.SCE)。试验最佳底液条件为:0.10mol·L^(-1)氢氧化钠,1.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)TAR,0.01%甘露醇,峰电流与铋浓度在1.0×10^(-8)~5.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)范围呈良好的线性关系。检出限为5.0×10^(-9)mol·L^(-1),RSD为1.60%(n=6)。同时利用多种电化学方法对络合物组成、极谱波特性和电极反应进行了研究和理论推导。方法用于纯铅中的微量铋测定,结果令人满意。
In this paper, it is reported that polarographic absorptive wave of the complex of bismuth( Ⅲ ) with 4-(2-thiazolyazo)-resorcinol was studied. Experimental results showed that a sensitive absorptive wave of bismuth-TAR complex can be obtained in alkaline solution at -0. 60 V(vs. SCE) by single sweep polargraphy. The optimal supporting solution is sodium hydroxide 0. Imol ·L^(-1), TAR 1.0×l0^(-5)mol ·L^(-1), manitol 0. 01%. The peak current is linearly related to the concentration of bismuth in range from 1. 0× 10^(-8) to 5. 0× 10^(-6)mol ·L^(-1), the detection limit is 5.0×10^(-9)mol ·L^(-1), and the precision (RSD) is 1. 60%(n = 6). The mechanism of the electrode reaction has been studied with many electrochemical ways, and the electrode process was deduced. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace bismuth in pure lead.
