摘要
本报告选取了郑州市城区宠物医院和宠物饲养者作为研究对象;采用问卷调查法,针对不同的研究对象设计问卷调查表,采取随机抽样和实践调查的策略;调查内容主要包括宠物医院硬件设施现状、宠物医院从业人员组成以及宠物饲养者的信息反馈。通过对结果分析,认为:郑州市城区宠物医院发展迅速,但宠物管理混乱,专业服务人员欠缺,服务内容单一。这一状况应引起政府有关部门高度重视,完善相关法律法规,加大监管力度,规范宠物医院行业发展。
In this report the hardware status of Pet Hospital,employees and pet breeders feedback were surveyed randomly by different design of the study questionnaire for Zhengzhou City pet hospitals and pet breeders as the study object.The results showed that Pet Hospital in Zhengzhou City has developed rapidly,but the management was inferior,professional personal was deficiency,the contents of service was single.The state of the relevant government departments should attach great importance to improve the relevant laws and regulations,increased supervision,standardizing pet Hospital development of the industry.
