摘要
分别采用三种絮凝剂对D-VcNa发酵液的絮凝预处理进行了研究.通过在相同环境中对D-VcNa发酵液的絮凝及过滤效果进行检测分析,发现三种絮凝剂对D-VcNa发酵液的絮凝效果各有长处,且对其目标产物-2-酮基葡萄糖酸钙没有影响.
Three flocculating agents were studied for pretreating the sodium erythorbate fermented solution. The effects of flocculating and filtrating of the preteated sodium erythorbate fermented solution under the same conditions were detected and analyzed. The results show that three flocculating agents have their respective advantages for flocculating the sodium etythorbate fermented solution, and they have no influences on the target product of calcium 2- keto-gluconate.
