The reform in the curriculum of elementary education and the issue of the new criteria for the sports course have given a new challenge to the teachers education in physical education major. How to adjust the goals, the curriculum and contents, as well as improve our ways of teaching, in order to cultivate qualified sports teachers who, with sustained ability to develop themselves, to fit in with the current education reform and adapt future challenges, have been the keys of reform in PE major.
