摘要
利用新沉淀的Zr(OH)4·3%Y(OH)3·nH2O作前驱体,以乙二醇甲醚-水溶液作反应介质,水热法合成了四方相ZrO2·3%Y2O3纳米晶,考察了反应介质、pH值、反应温度及Cl-、NO3-和SO42-对产物的影响.前驱体对产物物相有重要影响,形成四方相ZrO2·3%Y2O3的反应介质的pH值随介质中水和醇相对含量的不同而变化;晶化温度越高,产物颗粒度越小;醇含量越高,颗粒间团聚程度越低;Cl-、NO3-及SO42-对产物颗粒的影响随醇含量的增加而减小.
The nanocrystalline ZrO2·3%Y2O3 powders with a tetragonal phase were hydrothermally synthesized from Zr(OH)4·3%Y (OH)3·nH2O using 2-methoxyethanol-water solution as the media. The effects of the constituents of media, pH and reaction temperature and time on ZrO2·3%Y2O3 particles were investigated. The results indicate that pH of the media are different due to the various constituents of the media. The higher the 2-methoxyethanol content, the lower the agglomeration of the primary particles. The higher the reaction temperature, the smaller the particles. The anions such as Cl-, NO3- and SO42- have an important impact on the product particles.
