摘要 A new method for the determination of the electroosmotic mobility was presented in this paper. The "sample zone" itself was used as a marker of the electroosmotic flow. The elution time of the sample zone from the capillary was derived from the position of the electrophoretic current step. Based on it the mobility of electroosmotic flow can be calculated.The results was well in agreement with those of the neutral marker method. Furthermore,the present method was easy to operate and need no additive equipments. A new method for the determination of the electroosmotic mobility was presented in this paper.
