摘要
目的:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同干燥温度下蒙药阿拉坦五味丸中没食子酸含量变化.方法:采用大连江申centurysil c18-EPS(250L×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-(0.20%)磷酸水溶液(5∶95)为流动相进行等度洗脱,检测波长为272nm,流速为0.80ml/min.结果:没食子酸在0.25μg^2.5μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.13%,RSD=0.324%.结论:该方法精度高,分离度好、重复性良好,结果准确可靠,可用于阿拉坦五味丸中有效成分没食子酸的质量及干燥温度的控制.
Objective： To detect the content of gallic acid m Mongolian medicine Alatan Wuwel pill at different drying temperatur by high - performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） . Methods： The determination was carried out with centurysil C18 -EPS（ 250L× 4.6mm,5μm）as chromatographic column , with Acetonitrile -0.20% phosphoric acid solution （5：95 ） as mobile phase to perform iso- cratic elusion and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min . The column temperature was 20% . The detection wavelength was 272nm. Results： The content of gallic acid at from 0.25 μg to 2.5 μg showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 99.13%, RSD = 0.324%. Conclusion： The method possesses the advantges of high accuracy, good resolution, good repeatab bility. It can be used to control the quality and drying temperature of gallic acid in Alatan Wuwei pill.
