Clinical Application and Nursing Experience of CGMS

目的:探讨动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)的临床应用及护理对策.方法:对120例住院糖尿病患者进行了连续3d的动态血糖监测.结果:CGMS能发现及记录常规方法难以发现的血糖波动.结论:通过正确使用CGMS,进行全方位的护理,才能最大地发挥CGMS的效能,提高糖尿病患者的遵医行为,对调整糖尿病的治疗过程起到指导性的作用.

Objective：To discuss the clinical application and nursing countermeasures of continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS）. Methods：The blood glucose of 120 diabetics hospitalized in our hospital was monitored via CGMS for 3 continuous days. Results：The fluctuation of blood glucose could be found by CGMS, which was difficult to be discovered by other routine methods. Conclu- sion： Correct application and overall nursing can bring CGMS into full play, make patients abide by medical orders and guide the treatment.
