目的:探讨人性化护理临床应用的可实施性.方法:分析实施人性化护理的必要性及实施过程中存在的问题.结果:进行人性化护理可提高护理效益,提高患者及家属的满意度,提高治疗效果.结论:护理人员只有具备高度的责任心及综合素质,树立以人为本的服务理念,才能为患者提供真正的人性化护理服务.

Objectlve：To discuss the feasibility of humanized nursing in clinical work. Methods：Analyzing the necessity and existing problems in implementing humanized nursing. Results：Humanized nursing could improve nursing effect, patients＇ and their relatives＇evaluation and curative effect. Conclusion：Only nursing staff cherish high sense of responsibility ,good overall quality and human- oriented service concept can they provide really humanized nursing for patients.
