Education is an activity of cultivating modern human, whose contemporary role in the modern country is citizenship. With the globalization and increasing deepening of legal system construction, cultivating citizen should be the focus of the objectives of modern education. Therefore, citizenship education is not only the base point, but also major objective of modem education.
