研究生教育质量监测体系存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Quality Monitoring System on Postgraduate Education

提出了我国研究生教育的培养目标,即要在教学内容、学科前沿及创新精神等方面实现综合提高;探讨了我国研究生教育质量监测过程中存在的主要问题;从招生制度、培养过程、学习生活及就业等四个方面对完善我国研究生教育质量监测体系提出了对策。

The training goal for postgraduate education is proposed, which is to achieve comprehensive improving in the teaching content, the subject frontier and the spirit of innovation. Then the main problems existing in the quality monitoring process of postgraduate education are discussed. Finally, countermeasures are put forward to perfect the monitoring system from four aspects, including enrollment system, training process, learning and living, and employment.
