The working ideas, working processes and working means are worthy of thinking in the general census of college students＇ mental health. The working ideas directly affect the work implementation and its efficiency. College educators should make the general census of college students＇ mental health under the guiding concepts of positive psychology, help students out of psycholog/cal disturbance at the same time, find the unlimited positive forces from students, and improve students＇ self-growth.
