我国技巧教练员队伍若干问题的分析及其对策研究

The analysis and the countermeasures research of some questions about the present situation of acrobatic gymnastics coaches contingent in China

"奥运争光计划"的制定与实施,导致了我国技巧运动的衰落.通过培养部分高学历(硕士及以上)青年教练员充实现有的教练员队伍,建立教练员与科研人员以及教练员与裁判员、主管官员之间定期交流的机制,促进教练员执教水平的提高.在政府的支持下,通过技巧运动的商业化、社会化改善教练员的待遇,使我国技巧教练员队伍得到稳定与发展.

The formulation and implementation of ＂Olympic Gold Medal Winning Program＂ has led to the decline of our Acrobatic Gymnastics. Through the cultivation of some high - degree （Master＇s and above） youth coaches, China will enrich the existing coaches team, establish the regular exchange mechanism between coaches and researchers as well as between coaches and referees, officials in charge , to promote the level of coaching coaches. With the support of the government, the treatment of coaches will be improved through the commercialization and social of Acrobatic Gymnastics, to enhance stability and development of the Acrobatic Gymnastics Coaches Team in China.
