移动模架造桥机是一种新型造桥专用机械。其构件大,重量大,使用后的拆除工作成为实际施工中一个关键工序。以湛江海湾大桥50m连续箱梁施工为背景,介绍了CDMSS—50/1200移动模架造桥机的整体下放的拆除施工技术,对方案设计和施工过程进行了分析总结。
The mobile formwork bridge erector is a new type of machine specially for bridge building, which is heavy with large components. It is a real job in construction to remove it after its service. Taking for example the construction of 50 m box girder for Zhanjiang Bay Bridge, the technique of integral lowering and removal of CDMSS-50/1200 mobile formwork bridge erector is introduced, with analysis and summary of the conceptual design and construction process.
