摘要
分析EPC总承包模式的特点及优点。结合湛江市污水处理厂项目招标的实践,探讨EPC总承包模式招标情况和实施要点。最后提出了一些可靠性操作建议。
The features and advantages of the mode of EPC general contract are analyzed, and its tendering and key points for implementation are discussed in connection with the practice in tendering for the project of Zhanjiang Sewage Treatment Works, with some proposals for reliable execution raised in the end.
