本灰渣库围堤溃堤隐患的产生主要与勘察、设计、施工、操作、管理等五个方面的因素有关,加强操作、管理制度建设,实施堤内脚前抽槽换基,完善堤身断面、堤身锥探灌浆、附属建筑物维修保养等措施是预防和治理溃堤隐患的有效措施。

Dike burst of the ash and slag dump affected mainly by several factors, including investigation, design, construction,operation,management and so on, the measures should be adopted to prevent and control the dike burst, it is proof that the measures listed as follows act effectively：strengthening the construction of operation and management system, implementing dent evacuation and recharging before dike food, completing the cross section of dike body, cone drilling grouting in dike body, the maintenance of affiliated buildings and so on.
