聚合双酸铝铁对印染废水的混凝效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 厦门华纶印染厂印染废水是一种COD、色度和浊度都较高的生产废水。选用聚合双酸铝铁作为混凝剂对该废水进行处理,主要研究搅拌速度、搅拌时间、pH值、投药量和沉降时间对聚合双酸铝铁混凝效果的影响,由此确定其最佳工艺参数。并将聚合双酸铝铁与硫酸铝、硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝进行混凝效果比较。研究结果表明,聚合双酸铝铁处理印染废水的最佳搅拌速度、搅拌时间、pH值、混凝剂投加量、沉降时间分别为350 r/min、1 min、8.0、5.0 g/L、20 min。通过聚合双酸铝铁与硫酸铝、硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝的混凝效果比较,发现聚合双酸铝铁对印染废水的处理效果最好。 The wastewater of Xiamen Hualun dyeing factory is a kind of production wastewater with high COD, color and turbidity. In this paper, the authors use polyaluminum ferric chloride sulfate (PAFCS) as a coagulant for dyeing wastewater treatment, and mainly research the effect of mixing speed, mixing time, pH, the coagulant dosage and time of coagulation for dyeing wastewater treatment by using PAFCS, thus determine the best process parameters. Moreover, the coagulation effect by using aluminum sulfate, ferric sulfate and polyaluminum chloride are compared. The results show that the best mixing speed, mixing time, pH, coagulant dosage, coagulation time wastewater are 350r/min, 1 min, 8.0,5.0 g/L and 20 min respectively, and PAFCS has a best coagulation effect in comparison with the three other coagulants.
