摘要
实验室内分析银常采用二硫脲苯萃取比色法测定,操作手续繁杂冗长,加之苯为易挥发有毒物质,危害人体健康,笔者采用硫脲络合银,使银呈Ag(SN2H4)3+络合物离子状态,使用GGX—9型原子吸收分光光度计进行测定,操作无毒、方便、快捷。对硫脲络合银测定的酸度介质、硫脲络合剂的用量进行了试验,并对铜的干扰进行了研究,得出测定矿石中银的最佳的测定条件。
In the laboratory, extraction colorimetry is adopted to analyze silver, but the operation procedure is very numerous and long, and what' more, as a volatile toxic substance, the benzene is harm to human' s health enormously. To solve the problem above, the thiourea complex silver is adopted to make silver in status of Ag (SN2H4)^3 + complex ion, GGX- 9 atomic absorption spectrophotometer is used to test, this analysis method is operated nontoxic, convenient and rapid with high quality. In the paper, the authors comparatively test the dosage of acidic media and thiourea complexing agent, and combining with the research on copper disturbance to obtain the optimal testing conditions.
