Strategy on Effective Management Communication for Modern Universities

从管理学和高等教育学的角度,运用管理沟通理论,研究了现代大学管理沟通面对的挑战,分析了现代大学管理沟通有效性存在的主要问题,提出了现代大学管理沟通需要平衡的关系以及提升现代大学管理沟通有效性的基本策略。

From the perspective of Management and Higher Pedagogy, by applying the theory of management communication, the confronted challenges and the existing problems in the effectiveness of management communication for modern universities are analyzed. The balanceable relationship and the general strategies are proposed for improving the effectiveness of management communication for the modem universities.
