摘要
思想政治教育视野下的研究生导师责任制以刚性责任和柔性情感互补为驱动,以思想政治教育和学术研究结合为途径,以教学相长和师生互动提高为过程,并因此有了责任、情感的双重驱动优势,思想政治教育、学术研究双向结合的促进优势,师生对口指导的集中优势,但同时也因此伴生了依赖惰性、偏颇迷失、自我束缚。这要求必须以助教制度为辅助,实现研究生思想政治教育自主;以思想政治教育为本位,带动研究生综合素质发展;以导师组制为核心,拓宽研究生思想政治教育途径。
Tutor responsibility system for graduate students with the perspective of ideological education, is driven by rigid responsibility and soft emotions, following the approach combined with ideological education and academic research, experiencing mutual benefits of teaching and leaning and the reaction of tutor and graduates. It brings the double driving advantages of responsibility and emotion, the promoting advantage of ideological education and academic research, the concentrated advantage of teacher's guide. But at the same time, it is followed by the passive-dependent personality, biased opinions, the lost ego, and self-restricting character. It requires the teaching assistant system as an assist to realize the autonomous graduate student's ideological education; ideological education as a base to promote the student's integrated quality; tutors group system as the core to widen the way of graduate student's ideological education.
