摘要
探索了大学本科集成电路人才培养中集成电路分析与设计系列课程的改革与教学实践。具体以吉林大学为例,介绍了相关系列课程建设中课程体系和教学内容的构建以及所开展的教学实践工作。
This paper presented the course reform and the teaching practice on "IC analysis and design" for cultivating undergraduate students majored in IC. Taking Jilin University for example, the building of course system and teaching contents in related course construction are introduced, as well as its teaching practice.
