Analytical Dynamic Range in Atomic Emission Spectrometry With Axially Viewed Plasma and Charge Injection Array Detector

摘要 实验研究了电荷注入检测器(CID)-端视电感耦合等离子体(AVICP)光谱中分析动态范围,测量了Al、B、Be、Cd、Cu、Co、Fe、Li、Sr、V、K、Sr等12个元素的不同光谱级次的44条分析工作曲线。结果表明,分析动态范围为4~5个数量级,无明显自吸收,Lomakin公式的自吸收系数b=1,说明在CID-AVICP光谱中有较宽的分析动态范围。 In this paper the analytical linear ranges of calibration graphs for a new type emission spectrometer with two dimensional charge injection detector and axially viewed plasma were investigated. Calibration graphs for Al, Cd, Cu, Co, Fe, Li, Sr, V, K, Sr, Be, B in different spectral order were examined. The results showed that linear ranges are over four orders of magnitude and no self-reversal or self-absorption is found under concentration at 100-1000 mg/L. The self-absorption coefficient b for Lomakin equation has been determinad and the value is approximately equal to 1.
