施工企业成本控制方法研究

Research on Controlling Method of Construction Enterprise’s Cost

随着社会经济的发展,企业之间面临愈来愈激烈的竞争。企业只有加强成本控制,才能提高企业的市场竞争能力和获利水平。在此背景下,分析目前我国施工企业成本控制存在的问题及其原因,论述施工企业成本控制的原则,从项目工程的投标签约阶段、准备阶段、施工过程及竣工验收四个阶段说明施工企业成本控制的方法。

With the economy＇s development, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more serious. Only by strengthening the cost control, the enterprises can promote their market competition capability and profit-making skills. In this situation, this article analyzed the problems and reasons in the cost control of the construction enterprises, discussed the principles of cost control and put forward the methods at the four stages： stage of bidding and signing the contract, preparation stage, construction stage and stage of inspection and acceptance.
