According to the major＇s features and with the help of cooperative training base, the Railway Engineering Technology major has strengthened the cooperation with the enterprises, carried out the ＂7-week＂ learning period system ,and adopted the cultivation form of ＂4-level＂ skill-laddering . The learning period can serve as the basis for the working period, and the two periods have operated alternatively, so the effect is great.
