摘要
在聚乙烯醇长链骨架上接枝4-乙烯基吡啶和丙烯酰胺合成得三元接枝物,采用这种三元接枝物凝胶固定葡萄糖氧化酶制备了葡萄糖传感器。该酶电极响应时间为7~10 s;电流密度在0.65 V(vs. Ag/AgCl);对1mmol/L葡萄糖可达到480 nA/mm2,其线性范围为5×10-6~5×10-3mol/L,使用两个月后响应仍在85%左右。
A new terpolymer was synthesized by grafting 4-vinylpyridine and acrylamide on the backbone of poly(vinyl alcohol). A glucose biosensor based on immobilization of glucose oxidase in the terpolymer gel is described. The enzyme electrode responds to glucose in 7-10 s and gives a current density of 480 nA/mm2 for 1 mmol/L glucose at 0. 65 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). A linear calibration curve is obtained over the range 1 ×10-5- 5. 0 × 10-3 mol/L and the enzyme electrode retains 85% of initial response after a use period of two months.
