摘要
文章构建了高职教师工作满意度量表的维度,其中包括薪酬福利、人际关系、办公软环境、学校制度、晋升发展和领导行为,并据此编制了高职教师工作满意度问卷。研究发现:高职教师对薪酬的满意度低于对领导行为、办公软环境、人际关系和晋升与发展的满意度。
In the paper, the measurement tabular of employment satisfaction of vocational colleges is put forward through literature and empirical study. The factors include payment and welfare, interpersonal relationship, soft office set - up, college systems, professional promotion, and leadership. Accordingly, the questionnaire of employment satisfaction is made up. The result suggests that teachers in vocational colleges are less satisfied with the payment than leadership, soft office set - up, interpersonal relationship and professional promotion and development.
