摘要 研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)对桑色素(morin)和铅(Ⅱ)络合反应的增敏作用,发现pH3.43时Pb-morin-PVP三元体系在435nm激发下,444nm处有强荧光发射,提出了荧光光度法测定痕量Pb的新方法,其线性范围为0~240μg/L,对空白11次测定RSD为3.5%,检出限为2.1×10-2mg/L。对标准人发、潞党参和血清样品的测定,结果满意。 This paper gives a new method for the fluorophotometric determination off trace lead in biological samples .The method is based on that morin can react with lead in acidic medium (pH=3.43) to give an intense fluorescence enhanced by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) .It can raise the sensitivity of the method.The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are 435nm and 444nm respectively.The detection limit of Pb(Ⅱ) is 2.1×10 -5 g/L and the linear range is 0~240μg/L.Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of trace lead in various biological samples.
