摘要
描述了一种重要的利用光束的横向分布测量光学非线性的单光束Z-扫描测试技术,待测样品放置于汇聚高斯光束的光轴(Z轴)上,逐渐向焦点处移动,在远处放置带有小孔的屏,可测得样品的透过率并通过理论分析得出它的非线性系数。
The paper describes an important single - beam - light Z - scan technology, which tests optics nonlinear by crosswise distributing of light beams. The sample is positioned at optics axis ( z axis) of Gaussian beam, moving gradually toward the focus. A screen with a hole would he put at a distance. According to the theory, the nonlinear coefficient could be tested by the transmissivity of the sample.
