摘要
以宁波市奉化三高(甬金高速、同三高速及宁波绕城高速)连接线工程跨甬金分离式立交桥为例,系统分析55m后张法预应力混凝土T梁张拉时产生侧弯的原因,提出了梁翼缘板施工、合理的张拉流程和钢绞线定位等施工措施,使控制梁侧弯值满足规范要求,为同类型大跨度T梁工程提供了施工经验。
As example with the linking route engineerings of 3 freeways (Yong- Jin, Tong -San and Ningbo - Raocheng freeways in Ningbo City) span the separation grade crossing on Yong -Jin freeway, the paper systematically analyzes reasons for the lateral flex energing as stretching the concrete T - beam prestressed by post - tensioning method, puts forward measures for construction of beam's flange plate, rational stretching process and position of strand to make controlling the value of beam lateral flex satisfy requirements for specification, which provide construction experiences for similar engineerings.
