低周载荷下NiTi微动疲劳寿命预测模型研究

摘要 微动磨损加速材料疲劳失效,微动疲劳是微动磨损和普通疲劳共同作用的结果;NiTi形状记忆合金具有良好的耐磨性和抗疲劳特性,可以延缓损伤的发生和扩展;改进原有的微动疲劳寿命预测模型,将微动磨损作为影响微动疲劳寿命的重要因素,引入NiTi微动疲劳寿命预测模型中;给出合理有效的NiTi微动疲劳寿命预测模型。 For fretting abrasion accelerating the fatigue failure of the materials, fretting fatigue is actually the result of the interaction of fretting abrasion and general fatigue. NiTi shape memory alloy has good wear resistance and anti-fatigue properties, which can delay the occurrence of the injury and expansion of the damage. To improve the original fretting fatigue fife prediction model, fretting abrasion is introduced into the the fretting fatigue life model as an important factor. The result gets a reasonable and effective prediction model for the fretting fatigue life prediction.
