摘要
对典型孔系加工的宏程序进行了分析,介绍了自行开发的数控孔加工系统。该系统实现了快速生成孔加工宏程序,减少了手工编程时进行繁琐的数值计算,精简程序量,提高数控加工效率。
The macro program of the typical hole processes was analyzed in this article. And a self-developed digital processing system of the typical hole was introduced. The system can generate CNC program of the hole rapidly, it reduces the complex calculation and analysis of manual programming, this system also reduces the number of CNC program and improves the efficiency of CNC machining.
