摘要 提出一种求解圆形零件圆度误差值的新思想,摆脱了直接用圆度仪测量圆度值,或者借助坐标机测得各测点的半径值,然后进行数据处理得到圆度误差值等方法中的弊端。即先通过高精度激光测距仪的非接触测量方法测得距离值,对数据预处理后再经过简单的数学计算得到各测点的半径值,然后再对这些值进行数据处理得到圆度误差。通过这种方法得到的圆度误差值的精度显然要高得多,而且测量方法简单方便,适用性强,同样高精度要求下的成本较低。 A new method is put forward to calculate roundness error of round parts, and get rid of the disadvantages happened in directly using roundness measurement instrument to measuring the roundness error or through using three dimensional to get the radius of every measured point and then get roundness error after data disposing. In this new method, first, the distance of ever), measured point to the sensor is got by using the laser-triangulation displacement sensor based on non-contact measurement with high precise; then, every measurement radius can be acquired after data pretreatment and simple math calculating; at last, roundness error can be got after disposing all the radius. Obviously, the precise of the measurement error is much higher, and the measurement method is simple, convenient, and applicability well; also cost lower under tile same precision requirement.
