The Research and Developing of Engineering Drawings and Documents Management Information System

根据实际中大量工程图纸及文档资料需规范、高效管理的要求,研究并开发了一种基于B/S模式的工程图纸、文档管理信息系统。介绍了系统的平台架构、开发环境与关键技术及系统实现的主要功能;系统可运行在Intranet或Internet上,实际应用表明系统适用面广、可有效管理企业工程图纸和文档资源。

An engineering drawings and documents management information system was studied and developed to meet the practical needs that large numbers of engineering drawings and documents have to be managed normatively and efficiently. This paper introduced the system platform framework, developing environment and key technologies, and the main accomplished functions. The system can run on Intranet or Internet, it was proved that the system had wide usage and could effectively manage the resources of corporation＇s engineering drawings and documents after being put into practice.
