摘要
采用窗口因子分析(WFA)技术完成了稀土元素的高效液相色谱分析中重叠峰的解析。由3种分离条件下不同分离度的色谱数据矩阵解析得到了较好的单组分色谱图与吸收光谱曲线,并进行了定量分析。结果表明:在分离度较好时,WFA定量结果与常规方法相近,但随着分离度的降低,WFA的定量结果明显优于常规方法。
In this paper, the resolution of the overlapping chromatograms encountered in the analysis of rare earth elements by high performance liquid chromatography was studied by window factor analysis (WFA) technique. A two component sample of Yb and Tm was prepared, and three data sets of experimental data with different resolution( R s) were measured on Spectra System FL2000 HPLC system(Spectra Physics, U.S. A) for the calculation of WFA. The sizes of the three data matrices were 19×81,19×61 and 19×56, respectively. The wavelength range was recorded between 610 700nm with the interval of 5nm, and the time interval of the recorded data is 0 04min during the interested time range, For all of the three data matrices, the normalized chromatograms and the absorption spectra were resolved by WFA. In comparing with the standard chromatograms and the spectra obtained by pure standard samples, both of the chromaograms and the spectra are in good consistence. The quantitative determination of the components(Yb and Tm) in the overlapping peaks was also investigated, and the results showed that the WFA technique is superior to traditional method when the resolution is low. Therefore, WFA is a very good techniqe for the resolution the overlapping chromatographic peaks.
