摘要
硝苯柳胺是合成筛选出来的一种新杀螺剂。经实验探索，以３，５－二硝基苯甲酸作内标，采用并建立了高效液相色谱法测定合成物中硝苯柳胺的含量。方法简便、准确，灵敏度高。
An HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Niphensamide in pesticide powder was developed. Column:Micropak CH 5μm (300mm×4 0mm i.d.), mobile phase:CH 3OH H 2O(1∶1), detector:UV 254nm, flow rate: 0.7mL/min, column temperature:25℃. Under the above conditions, Niphensamide and other components were separated from each other. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
