摘要
为指导广西信息化建设及量化信息化建设水平,在"国家信息化指标构成方案"的基础上,提出了广西区的信息化指标体系。该指标体系方便测度,融入了最新测度指标,重点强调了信息技术最新方向。并将该指标体系应用到2000至2006年广西信息化水平测度中,对广西的信息化建设起到了指导作用。
On the basis of National Informatization Index Constructing Scheme, we put forward the Guangxi informatization index system. It can be evaluated easily and adds some new elements to emphasize the latest information technology. In the end, we evaluated the Guangxi 2000--2006 informatization level. This can guide the in- formatization construction of Guangxi.
